Disco EARS e LCC

ho montato questa mattina un disco Western Digital ears da 1tb sul ds110j ed in poco tempo LLc è arrivato a 119. E' normale o mi conviene utilizzare l'utility Western Digital WDIDLE3 per disabilitare l'LLC?
Loggandomi usando Putty, ho provato a verificare se per formattare gli HD (comando fdisk -lu) aveva usato l'Advanced format technology.
Questo è l'outup del comando, secondo voi il disco è formattato con Advanced format technology?
