From the log, the drives were migrated from DS413 to DS918+ before.
Since the volume was created on DS413(Non-64bit model), the max volume size cannot exceed 16TB.

Even the volume has been migrated to DS918+, the limitation still persists now.
We suggest you backup all files to other devices, remove the storage pool&volume to delete the 16TB limitation.
Then you can recreate a new pool/volume and put the data back to the new volume.
