ho appena trovato questo sul sito synology, che pare confermare un dubbio che m'era nel frattempo sorto: "stai a vedere che c'è qualche problema con il servizio quickconnect di synology"

in cui si può leggere nelle note:
Due to recent maintenance and DSM updates, some users may encounter problems when accessing their Synology NAS with their QuickConnect ID. Please try the following methods to troubleshoot this issue:
Go to DSM > Support Center > Support Services to temporarily enable or re-enable remote access. Once this issue is solved and the QuickConnect service is working properly again, you can disable remote access and set it back to its previous state.
Go to DSM > Control panel > QuickConnect to disable and then re-enable QuickConnect.
If this issue still cannot be solved, please refer to this article for other workarounds, or contact Synology support team.
